We're hiring Territory Managers to take ownership of regional growth and drive customer acquisition in the booming world of sports betting promotions.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, building partnerships, managing a street-smart ambassador team, and making sure your territory hits aggressive sign-up targets every single week.Your Mission: Drive Sign-Ups and Own the Territory

You'll be responsible for delivering 100+ new customer sign-ups each week, with at least 20 coming directly from your own efforts. Whether you're training a new ambassador, managing a key bar relationship, or jumping in to close deals during peak hours, you'll be in the thick of the action.

Expect to work Thursday through Sunday primarily on sales, sign-ups, and bar relationships - right when the sports world is buzzing. Your weekdays (Monday-Wednesday) will focus on recruiting, operations, and strategic outreach.Build and Coach a Winning Team

You'll hire, train, and lead a team of full time and part time ambassadors, setting the tone for hustle, consistency, and results. You will have recruiting support to help provide you with candidates to interview and train. You may also source talent through personal referrals, job boards, even chatting up customers who show potential.

In the early stages, you'll be hands-on - coaching ambassadors to be able to drive sign ups and sales in your territory while staying closely involved to ensure performance standards are met. Retention and motivation are key, and you'll create a culture that ambassadors want to stick with.Grow the Brand Through Strategic Partnerships

Success starts with strong relationships - and you'll be the one forging them. That means going directly to bar owners, not just staff, to pitch and secure promotional partnerships. You'll also expand your reach beyond bars into festivals, tailgates, golf tournaments, charity events, and even influencer collaborations.

Wherever the fans are, you'll be there - finding new venues, building strategic sponsorships, and opening doors to maximize visibility and sign-ups.Keep Operations Running Smoothly

You'll manage key backend responsibilities throughout the week to keep things on track:

• Monday: Build and distribute ambassador schedules based on game calendars and traffic projections.
• Tuesday: Process payroll for your team.
• Ongoing: Use WhatsApp to manage team communication, track finances, and coordinate shifts in real-time.
