WELDER - CLASS A
Has full knowledge and understanding of how to manufacture and assemble all standard Ladder Industries products. Proficient welder that is capable of reading drawings, manufactures product to specification from drawings, has ability to identify problems, build jigs or fixtures to aid in production. Works well with others and is capable of overseeing or managing others. Is able to work alone without supervision to produce product that meets or exceeds the expectations of the company. Produces in a timely and safe manner. Maintains a clean and organized work area.

WELDER - CLASS B
Proficient welder that is capable of reading drawings, manufactures product to specification from drawings. Has a good grasp on the products of the company. Is able to work alone with minor supervision to produce product that meets or exceeds the expectations of the company. Works well with others. Maintains a clean and organized work area.

WELDER - CLASS C
Proficient welder that reads some drawings, manufactures product to specification from drawings. With supervision is able to produce product that meets or exceeds the expectations of the company. Works well with others. Maintains a clean and organized work area.
