Job Title: Mechanical Foreman

About The Position:
The Mechanical Foreman is a critical leadership role with a significant impact on the success of a project. This position ensures high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Details/Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower.
- Quality and Safety: Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on-site.
- Technology Utilization:Use technology such as company-provided iPads and smartphones to ensure timely completion of projects that exceed customer expectations.
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scopes to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Certification: OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience: Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing scopes and running multimillion-dollar projects for a mechanical contractor.
- Licensing: Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
- Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Skills: Basic computer and writing skills are required.
