Core Responsibilities:

• Stock in new vehicles and ensure accurate vehicle descriptions.
• Process used car purchases and dealer trades.
• Data entry and reporting duties including maintaining records of new and used car inventory, invoices and preparing reports.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of vehicle inventory accounting schedules.
• Reconcile semi-monthly new and used vehicle physical inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with title work and registration documentation.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior accounting experience is required; experience working in a dealership accounting office is preferred.
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-up skills are essential for this role.
• An analytical and data driven problem solver.
• Computer proficiency including the use of Microsoft Office programs, data entry, and the ability to navigate various software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-office role that offers a Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm schedule. Additional work hours may be required for month end closing.
