Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Loan Processor with a Mortgage or Lending bacground for our client in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an opportunity to join a respected private lender with deep expertise in construction and owner-builder financing, offering hands-on training and long-term career potential.
- Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite- Raintree and 87th area)
- Pay: $25.00-35.00/hour
- Shifts Available: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM

- Organize, upload, and track borrower documentation
- Prepare loan forms and materials for underwriting
- Support underwriters by ensuring files are complete and audit-ready
- Proactively follow up on missing or pending information
- Assist wherever needed to keep the loan process moving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, go-getter attitude with a desire to grow
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Great with numbers and documentation accuracy
- Experience in lending or banking is a plus, but not required
