Are you ready to join a team passionate about revolutionizing facility services?Tendit Group is hiring a Landscaping Crew Member!Earn from $17 to $20 Per Hour!Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Must be at least 21 years of age.Valid driver's license is a must.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision plans401K Retirement Savings Plan with a matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysPaid WeeklyCareer progression in a rapidly growing company!Key Responsibilities:Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting.Maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds through pruning, watering, and fertilizing.Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repairing minor issues.Collect and dispose of debris, litter, and organic waste to maintain clean and inviting public spaces.Apply mulch, seed, and other materials to enhance landscape aesthetics.Power wash, rake, and perform other general maintenance activities as needed.Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and report any malfunctions or damage.Follow proper procedures for storing and handling equipment and materials.Work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.Follow directions from supervisors and field leaders to meet project requirements.Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with coworkers and the publicQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Must be at least 21 years of age.Valid driver's license is a must.Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance is a plus.Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment (training provided for entry-level candidates).Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plusTendit Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
