Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for our client located in Tempe, AZ. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for invoicing and bookkeeping, providing executive administrative assistance, managing phone etiquette, and clerical skills that support the daily operational needs of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with clerical skills such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with a strong attention to detail
  • Accounting knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field helpful but not required.


Relevant experience in the fine arts industry is a plus.

$42,000 to $52,000 plus health insurance benefits, PTO and 401K matching plan after introductory periods.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00
