What you will do:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our Account Support and Project Management team. This position is crucial for the administrative and operational handling of client accounts, supporting the account management team indirectly while reporting directly to the Director of Account Support and Project Management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fulfillment of defined client business processes identified during onboarding such as enrollments, marketing materials, coordinate billing, track payments, system support, generate activity reports to enhance account performance and maintain the highest client satisfaction.
