About the Role: We are looking for an SAP Integrations Leader to join our Medical Digital IT Team. The successful candidate will need expert-level experience in all aspects of SAP environments to lead, participate in, and validate the integration of S/4HANA with both external and legacy applications. The Greenfield S/4HANA implementation is replacing legacy systems and will require significant integration points between S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition and external applications.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at any of our facilities in Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona, or our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a global SAP process integration team to deliver End to End integrated business processes.
  • Manage relationships with Functional leads and SI Partners to design, develop and implement integrated solutions on SAP S/4.
  • Work closely with Enterprise solution architects to establish a global framework for business process documentation and governance.
  • Work closely with SAP BTP Solution architects to establish a technical roadmap to reduce SAP customizations and to develop a path to SAP Clean core.
  • Partner with PMO organization to ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality, while providing transparency to the business organization.
  • Bring a strong technical foundation; be able to engage the team on architecture, design, and deep dive on sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating more technical staff on the underlying business principles.
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends to ensure we are appropriately using our tools.
  • Attract top talent and manage a team to ensure a high functioning organization while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and act immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Leadership Skills with 10+ years of progressive SAP implementation leadership experience and 6+ years of S/4 implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience defining integration frameworks as well as managing the execution of the integrations process.
  • Team lead or Managerial experience leading SAP teams.
  • Recent experience implementing the Integration Suite as a part of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)—including deep knowledge of the technical architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and ETL solutions such as SAP Migration Cockpit (MC), SAP Rapid Data Migration (RDM), SAP Data Service, SAP SLT, etc.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP ABAP BTP, Cloud Application Programming Models (including RESTful ABAP Programming Model 5), as well as familiarity with working with Odata and CDS views for data integration with Fiori portals and Azure Cloud Analytics.
  • Must be outgoing and confident.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including direct experience with creating presentations for complex SAP design topics.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

  • Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences industry is a strong positive.
