Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our resident services and create a healthy, enriching atmosphere for our community. As the Director of Senior Services, you will oversee the aging continuum, aligned with the Company's mission and core values. Your role will involve managing and evaluating personnel to deliver high-quality services and amenities to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on gerontology (e.g., social worker, nurse, or psychologist).
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Sociology, Psychology, Gerontology, or a related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required or must be willing to obtain certification.

Additional Requirements Include:

• Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability to address gerontological issues.
• Familiarity with Federal and State laws regarding elder care and assisted living, as well as compliance requirements.
• Proven project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and listening abilities, with enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.
• A resident and customer-focused approach to problem-solving, goal-setting, and management philosophy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
