MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Willingness To Get National Certification In 6 Months Of Hire (AMT or NHA)
  • Medical Terminology!!
  • 1+ Year Of MA Experience (Ideally Pain Management or specialty)
  • Positive Attitude! Eager To Work For A Growing Organization
  • Comfortable In A Fast Paced Environment
  • Punctual (Can Show Up On Time, Everyday!)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update EHR systems
  • Support front-office functions, including patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referrals as necessary.
  • Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and minor procedures
  • Prepare and sanitize examination rooms, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Collect and document patient history and vital signs accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Provide patient education and post-visit instructions
  • Maintain and restock office and medical supplies as necessary
