Loads, unloads, stores, transports and furnishes craft workers with materials, tools, equipment and supplies. Arranges for excess material to be returned to vendor for credit. Operates equipment and machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, man lifts, power tools and tampers. Assists plumbers, welders, sheet metal workers, or HVAC workers if qualified. Cleans work areas and restocks supplies and material as necessary. Maintains a clean, safe loading dock, office, job site and tool cage yard space with an identified place for equipment in order to provide quick identification of missing or damaged equipment. Investigates unreported after-hours and weekend entries and escalates where appropriate. Covers and protects equipment and materials from weather conditions. Minimum Requirements High School or GED. Must be certified to operate equipment such as backhoes, forklifts, man lifts, power tools and tampers as required. Certified in rigging and signaling . years of experience.
