JARS Cannabis is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping Associate to join our team. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy using package ID tracking systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures all shipments are handled efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Select products from warehouse shelves using package IDs for accuracy.
• Packing Orders: Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit.
• Package ID Management: Track and document inventory throughout the fulfillment process.
• Inventory Control: Help maintain accurate records of picked and packed products.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damages or discrepancies before shipping.
• Shipping Preparation: Ensure orders are properly labeled and ready for shipment.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
• Safety Compliance: Follow warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track package IDs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand scanners) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
