Aramark at Arizona State University is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the meal plan reporting systems. The Meal Plan Office Administrator will work hand in hand with departments within the Sun Devil Hospitality team and Arizona State University personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, navigating a digital sales environment while multitasking and working with extensive financial data. The candidate will be able to meet deadlines and be an analytical person for handling significant problems that may arise.

Job Responsibilities

1. Function as one of the liaisons and serve as a subject matter expert for all things meal plans and financial reporting between ASU and Aramark.
2. Manage the ASU download process for mandatory meal plan students for fall and spring semesters by campus.
3. Manage the Aramark system for voluntary meal plans to ensure that all student?s information gets transferred into the university?s system by campus locations.
4. Creating new meal plan profiles as needed into company software.
5. Track the eCommerce sales daily, may help to balance and reconcile on-line transactions to ensure correct billing and application of plans.
6. Download all sales reports (weekly, monthly and YTD) from the meal plan system to submit for P&L processing.
7. Create and set up marketing sales promotions in the system and track as needed.
8. Partner with various departments to set up summer conference daily rate sheets.
9. Manage the deferred income monthly reconciliation of all meal plans and voluntary declining balance accounts.
10. Candidate will ensure that all contract requirements are met for various accounts including commissions.

Qualifications

1. Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field preferred or equivalent experience
2. Preferred experience in working within a higher education facility
3. Minimum three (3) years of experience in Financial Analysis
4. Prior experience in a high-volume/challenging environment required
5. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
6. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a strong diligence
7. Background check required
8. Must be able to work the occasional evenings and weekend hours.
9. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
