Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist at Ignite Creative Services, LLC located in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations. Some work from home is acceptable following training period.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Expertise in HR policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong background in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
