The Business Plumber, LLC is a boutique consulting firm located in Phoenix, AZ, addressing operations, finance, and systems issues for clients. The firm is helping a client find a new Generalist for managing all their human resource needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at a distributor in west Phoenix near the I-17. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work with PEO's and payroll time reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

The role is a stand-alone person managing HR for a family run firm of ~70.
