And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryPrimary responsibilities for this position include job scheduling using IBM Workload scheduler and providing support for a collection of applications.Core functions:IBM Workload Scheduling for Mainframe and Distributed SystemsBuild permanent scheduling definitions, including: calendars, resources, variables, and events.Mainframe adhoc scheduling supportAssist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues as second level support.Support for SAP Transports, code migration, View/Deliver, and XPORTER.Participate in on-call rotations.Required Qualifications2+ years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support)2+ years IBM Workload Scheduler z/OS and Distributed scheduling experience OR similar1 year experience with one or more OS: UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, Windows Server1 year experience with one or more Protocols: Telnet, SFTP, TCP/IP1+ years with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to participate in on-call rotations and periodic weekend maintenance supportPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with IWS, JES, JCL, MVS-TSO, ISPF/XEDIT, CLIST, IBM UtilitiesFamiliarity with SAP application schedulingFamiliarity with SAP Transports via SAP Solution Manager (Solman)Working knowledge: Vi and Unix Shell scriptingServiceNow: change management, work request, and incidentFamiliarity with Tools/AppsContent/Output management programs (e.g. SAR (View/Deliver), XPORTER, CMOD (OnDemand))BC in the CloudAuditBoardDimensions, Changeman (for code migration)Careful attention to detailCustomer Service focusEducationBachelors degree or equivalent experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
