Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist with at least 5 years of experience managing mission-critical construction projects (or similar large-scale projects). The right candidate will play a key role in coordinating construction activities, reviewing project drawings, and working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure schedules and project milestones are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to align with construction progress.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Support procurement efforts and track material deliveries to maintain project timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing input and documentation.
  • Generate weekly progress reports and distribute to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mission-critical construction projects (data centers, industrial facilities, or similar complex environments).
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, drawings review, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • PMP or PSP certification preferred
