This position will be supporting ZEEKR US's Aftermarket Operations.


The mission for the Indirect Procurement Manager:

  • Work on continuous improvements of our Procurement processes
  • Set the Procurement strategy aligned with OKRs and with ZEEKR's Global IDP team
  • Lead buying projects covering Service and Repair requirements (examples: logistics and parts distribution, collision repair vendors, professional services, and further areas within indirect spend)
  • Identify savings opportunities and cost efficiencies to ensure the beneficial financial results from supplier negotiations
  • Guide and work with business owners and stakeholders to ensure the Procurement guidelines are properly followed
  • To bring innovative ideas to quotes, tenders, and new contracts whenever possible.


To be successful in the role (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing or Procurement,, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years working experience managing indirect spend categories (professional services, logistics, IT).
  • A track record of consistently delivering successful spend, optimizing investments, and cultivating genuine relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Mobility/automotive experience is preferred.
  • Negotiation skills when establishing contracts for long-lasting partnerships; allowing mutually-beneficial collaborations.
  • Experience in analyzing data to extract valuable insights, setting strategic direction, and aligning purchasing strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience in auditing and due diligence.
  • Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams to make effective execution.
  • Energetic, hands-on involvement, with strong communication skills, and ability to easily adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
  • Attention to detail in spend management, optimizing costs, financial analysis, and investment forecasts.


This position can be considered for Remote work, but is preferred to be based nearby Phoenix, Arizona or Detroit, Michigan.
