Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will take charge of a diverse range of water and wastewater treatment projects across the Phoenix area. This role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining oversight on budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, field personnel, safety managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with superintendents and quality control teams to align material schedules, manage work timelines, and oversee procurement processes.
  • Oversee financials, including project billings, budgets, purchase orders, and change order documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of submittals and preparation of operations and maintenance manuals.
  • Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at client meetings and job site visits across the Phoenix metro area.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality, and address any challenges as they arise.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction, specifically in project management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam.
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and related documents.
  • Familiarity with Alternative Procurement Delivery Methods (CSP, CMAR, D-B, JOC, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
