About the Role

Seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead the installation and activation of EV chargers at multifamily properties nationwide. This role covers the entire project lifecycle—from permitting and procurement to construction and activation—ensuring smooth execution, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

The position requires direct customer engagement to manage expectations, coordinate timelines, and address project impact on tenants. Additionally, overseeing contractors remotely will be key to keeping installations on track and resolving challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including permitting, procurement, site preparation, construction, activation, and charger onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, timelines, and project impact.
  • Oversee contractors remotely to maintain project momentum and resolve any installation challenges.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in real-time to keep projects on track.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and streamline installations.
  • Track project performance, ensuring budget compliance and timely execution.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, and property owners to drive successful installations and long-term partnerships.


What's Needed

  • 4+ years of project management experience (construction management or multifamily housing preferred).
  • Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing expectations and driving progress.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to keep projects moving forward.
  • Passion for EV charging, technology, and making infrastructure easier for property owners and renters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
