Job Details

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Management experience in leading multiple $25M+ ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish. As Project Manager, you will have the authority to drive successful project results, moving your projects from preconstruction through final closeout in the safest manner possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. This individual will primarily focus within our commercial market sectors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Must have completed (2) ground-up commercial projects at $25M+ from start to come
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing multiple teams
