The firm are growing their development platform and seek to appoint a Director or Vice President of Development who will take projects from cradle to grave.

The Director/VP of Development will:

• Spearhead strategic real estate initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Oversee project execution, timelines, and budgets
• Manage design consultants and contractors
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary approvals
• Monitor and control project finances
• Facilitate smooth transitions from construction to operations
• Mentor junior team members
• Assist with acquisition due diligence and growth strategies
