• Utilize various recruitment strategies such as social media management and HR sourcing to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications through effective employee evaluation techniques.
• Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with training development teams to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Leverage lead generation techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Utilize recruiting software such as Lever for tracking applicants and managing recruitment workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or related fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
