Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to understand event objectives, budgets, and requirements.
Design and implement event concepts that reflect the company's brand and values.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Oversee all event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, transportation, catering, and on-site management.
Act as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any issues promptly.
Create detailed event timelines and contingency plans.
Foster relationships with clients and customers to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
Monitor industry trends to incorporate innovative event practices and technologies.
Evaluate the success of events through feedback and analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Facility Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in corporate event planning or a related role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Creative problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Flexibility to work evenings.
