Foreclosure Customer Service Associate

You will be receiving incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages and will work often in our vendor related software.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Receives incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages
  • Provides exceptional customer service and responds in a timely manner to resolve any issues
  • Will be receiving incoming calls, must have a pleasant voice and use of proper grammar is essential.

Specific qualifications for the position include

  • Above average typing and computer skills
  • Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED!
  • Call Center experience required
  • Exceptional mathematical skills
  • Must be well organized and possess exceptional time management skills
  • Team player
  • Great communicator
  • Remains calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent attendance
