The Position:

This role is responsible for managing Training Quotes and PO's efficiently, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and detailed documentation of all cost-related training activities. It involves creating and sending quotes for the customer, getting the PO from the customer, and updating trainings system by providing timely updates on Quotes, PO's and customer updates.


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process quotes.
  • Customer contact Via email to ensure we receive the PO.
  • Monitor statuses of Quotes and POs to ensure on-time payment.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors and customers to track PO progress and address delays.
  • Collaborate with the training and accounting team.
  • Provide Training and Accounting team with real-time updates on payment status.
  • Double-check the internal training system to make sure all details are up to date.
  • Resolve issues related to pending PO's, including initiating discounts or quote fixes when necessary.
  • Input all information from Quotes and PO's accurately into our internal system to be ready for invoicing.


Education or Desired Licenses and Certificates:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or experience working with Quotes and PO's.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in Quotes and PO's.
  • Preferred experience in the solar industry, particularly in coordination or quote management to renewable energy projects.

Travel:

  • Upwards of 10%


Work Location and Status:

  • Hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $50,000 - $80,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
