Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Roof Inspector Representative to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs, assess their condition, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to provide accurate data for proposals and assist in developing marketing strategies for new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various customer locations to conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems.
• Communicate effectively with sales team to identify potential problem areas and discuss findings.
• Accurately measure commercial roofs to estimate materials and labor required for re-roofing projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed and accurate information for customer proposals.
• Support marketing efforts to attract new accounts and expand our client base.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with commercial roofing systems, including Thermoplastic, BUR, Metal, Shingles, Tile, SPF Foam, and Coatings. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Background in General Construction, Roofing, and/or Construction Estimating is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A valid driver's license with a good standing record.
• Physically able to climb up and down ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.
• A college degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
