Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, accuracy in typing, and experience in clerical and invoicing tasks. The will type submissions for changes of work orders as well as invoicing and billing for the Construction Project Manager.

Oversee project finances related to invoices and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed as per scope.
Communicate daily with clients and subcontractors providing excellent customer service.
Walk the subcontractors through the billing process of their projects.
Assist the project manager in tracking project progress while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and resolving discrepancies in invoices.
Notify the project manager and bookkeeper of irregularities and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
