Equipment Maintenance Technician

What you will be doing:

• Conduct Preventive and Corrective Maintenance duties on Production, Manufacturing, R&D Equipment assets.
• Completes all documentation: both paperwork, and computer based for tracking and training purposes.
• Maintains and troubleshoots equipment, systems, and processes to guideline specifications.
• Work with engineering and manufacturers to maintain equipment, processes and/or electronics in a safe and functional condition.
• Performs Troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, automated systems in manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to use Hand and Power tools, Multimeters, Amp Meters, Manufacture test equipment, Calipers.
• Ability to perform equipment activities, in equipment development as directed by project engineer with minimum supervision. Activities including assembly and testing of equipment, completing engineering studies and validations.
• Follow SUMCO Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program

What you need:

Associate degree or high school graduate and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a

manufacturing environment, or any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Proven ability to work independently and multitask.

Must be able to use Hand and Power tools, Multimeters, Amp Meters, Manufacture test equipment, Calipers etc.

Previous industrial or semiconductor maintenance experience.

Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills.

Proficient in SAP, Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point

$30.00 - $36.00 hourly (depending on experience)

If you have experience working as a Site Services Tech/Maintenance Technician we would love to see your resume. Experience in a Semi-Conductor atmosphere a PLUS.
