The Role

As a Dispositions Representative, you will play a key role in connecting our off-market properties with investors, ensuring successful transactions that align with our clients' goals. Success in this position means consistently building relationships with buyers, managing deals efficiently, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional value and creating seamless transactions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Property Outreach
    Share property details with potential buyers using email, text, and phone calls, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.

  • Lead Qualification
    Evaluate buyer readiness and needs by asking targeted questions about their investment history, goals, and preferences.

  • Follow-Up
    Maintain regular communication with leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and updates on available properties.

  • Negotiation and Offers
    Present and negotiate offers, addressing objections, and collaborating with the team to finalize deals that align with company goals.

  • Transaction Coordination
    Handle contracts, manage earnest money deposits, and coordinate with title companies to ensure smooth closings.

  • Buyer Support
    Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing updates throughout the transaction process.

  • Data Management
    Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Go High Level), tracking the status of each lead and property deal.

Qualifications

  • Skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Go High Level (preferred) or similar tools.
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, wholesale real estate, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with investment properties and assignment contracts is a plus.
  • Education/Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
