Position Details:
Title: Sales Order Processor
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Split shift, 12:30p-9p, Mon-Fri - $0.75/shift differential
Compensation: $20-$23/hr depending on qualifications and experience! +OT opportunities available!

Position Description:
Company's regional manufacturing location in Phoenix is seeking a conscientious and team-oriented Sales Order Processor to join their organization in this full-time position. Responsibilities include:
--- Assign and allocate orders within database system
--- Maintain and organize record and filing system(s) to facilitate access and retrieval
--- Engage in data entry (entering request and orders)
--- Assist with shipping and receiving of customer orders (including processing Bill of Lading and attending customer pick-up window)
--- Assist with inventory and tag preparation
--- Monitor and track status of sales orders
--- Organize/maintain correspondence, files, and records
--- Provide updates regarding order status (hot orders and back orders)
--- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:

--- 2+ years previous administrative or clerical experience
--- Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills
--- Strong typing and data entry skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related computer applications
--- 2-year degree preferred
--- Familiarity with operations of general office equipment to include printers, copiers, faxes, scanners, etc.
--- Proven organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
--- Cooperatively works and interacts with members of various departments
