If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling cool stuff, are a customer service rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!ResponsibilitiesWork with customers and technicians to identify required partsSell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)Upsell items and other complimentary items to customersLook up records and enter customer informationProject positive image to customers alwaysAnswer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phoneStock and display merchandise as requiredProvide cost of parts for customersMake sure all displays are organizedUpdate customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfiedRequirements1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience DesiredRetail Sales Experience RequiredFamiliar with Stocking and organizing parts inventoryExperience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systemsAbility to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalogExperience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etcExcellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industryAttention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of partsMust pass pre-employment background check and MVR checkBenefitsWhat RumbleOn/RideNow Powersports Offers You:A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
