Arion Care Solutions is hiring for our Adult Developmental Home (ADH) program! What is an ADH?

An ADH is a residential setting in a family home in which a licensed caregiver provides 24-hour care and supervision. ADH members live with their host family, in their own room, while sharing their life experiences with the host family's life experiences.

During the application process, desired placement characteristics will be discussed, and applicant strengths will be considering when making a placement.

Adult Developmental Home Expectations:

• Protect individual and develop relationships
• Provide a furnished bedroom
• Provide transportation (Proof of reliable transportation, insurance required)
• Ensure all care is provided
• Participate and attend necessary meetings
• Advocate for the best interest of the individual

Compensation:

• Paid at a daily rate for services that include:
  • Room and Board (household expenses for placed individual)
  • Habilitation Support and Training providers give to the individual
  • Daily Respite stiped also included
  • Providers are Independent Contractors
• Providers are encourages to work outside of the home if it does not interfere with your ability to provide care to the individual placed in home.
• Provider must identify appropriate Respite providers for when they're unable to provide care

Applicant Guidelines:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Honest and reputable character
• Must have available space in your home and income or resources to meet the financial needs of the family (proof required)
• All adults in home must pass background checks, be fingerprinted and able to obtain a Physician statement and submit to any additional testing that may be required.
• All children in home must have immunization records.
• Willing to complete training process and home study
• Home must be able to pass state inspection
• Ability to meet the needs of the individual placed in your home
